The video "Sky On Tape # 004"
is released on FFWD_MAG#3 (Magazine+DVD) - Approach to the narration and the audiovisual relationship in which vision, temporal aphasia and live recording converge. A video built on disconnected but strictly calculated dialogic principles, where shots consist of third-party submissions ordered in a sequence at planning stage. Complementing the DVD, a paper booklet explores the visual representation in the music world.
DVD:
Each author involved in the project had received a 30 second audio-visual sequence that’s part of a longer shooting and will serve as a starting point for a sequence of moving images or audio track (2-5 minutes). Each submission originates from the previous one, resulting in a changeable story-line.
MAGAZINE:
This consists of two types of third-party submissions: three or more photo portraits from the authors who were specifically contacted for this work, and submissions from all the other authors involved, who are invited to take pictures of themselves in their domestic environment.
